Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible returns and exchanges are governed as follows:

# Return Timeframe

  • General Products: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Electronics: Within 3 days (if unopened or defective)
  • Non-returnable Items: Perishables, intimate wear, custom products, digital goods

#  Return Conditions

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • Product must be unused and undamaged
  • Valid reason must be selected (e.g., wrong item, defect, expired)

  5. Refund or replacement is processed

# Refund Policy for Online Payments(MFS/Banks): 

  • Customer-Initiated Refusal (Personal Reasons):
    If a customer refuses to accept the product for personal reasons after completing payment, only the actual product price shall be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable. 
  • Company-Related Issues (Faulty/Defective/Incorrect Product):
    In the event that a product is delivered faulty, defective, or incorrect due to the Company’s error, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of both the product price and the delivery charge.
  • Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Purchases:
    Any product purchased through Bank or MFS payment methods during a promotional or campaign period(Campaign Items only) shall be non-returnable and non-refundable.

    * Note: Exception – Damaged Products or Wrong Product delivery:
    In the event that a purchased product is delivered in a damaged condition or wrong product received by the customer, the customer will be entitled to proper product against damaged or wrong product delivered by the Company.
