Extra Weight Charges:

  • Dhaka/Subarea:  BDT 15.00 per additional kg
  • Outside District: BDT 20.00 per additional kg
  • For Akij Essential products, MOQ( Minimum Order Quantity) will be BDT 599 to qualify for free delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer 1% service charge for Sub-Urban and Outside Dhaka and 0% for Dhaka  on COD. You pay only: 

  • Product price
  • Applicable delivery fee (based on weight and zone)

Order Tracking & Receiving

  • Confirmation: SMS and/or email once the order is confirmed.
  • Tracking: Redx tracking number provided post-dispatch for live status.
  • Receiving: Inspect your package before accepting. Report any damage immediately if noticed.
