Delivery Coverage
We have partnered with Redx, a leading courier service in Bangladesh, to deliver your products reliably and safely.
Service Zones:
- Same District (Currently Dhaka City): Core metropolitan areas
- Subarea: Adjacent zones including Dhaka City, Gazipur, Narayanganj, etc.
- Outside District: Other designated districts across Bangladesh
Note: Currently we are operating nationwide.

- Business Days: Sales & Operation: 7 Days in a week (excluding public holidays). Banking Days: Standard Banking Days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical constraints, freight damage or any kind of natural disaster.

Extra Weight Charges:
- Dhaka/Subarea: BDT 15.00 per additional kg
- Outside District: BDT 20.00 per additional kg
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer 1% service charge for Sub-Urban and Outside Dhaka and 0% for Dhaka on COD. You pay only:
- Product price
- Applicable delivery fee (based on weight and zone)
Order Tracking & Receiving
- Confirmation: SMS and/or email once the order is confirmed.
- Tracking: Redx tracking number provided post-dispatch for live status.
- Receiving: Inspect your package before accepting. Report any damage immediately if noticed.
