4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT).

Prices for products are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed on the website at the time your order is confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad)
• Debit & Credit Cards
• Bank Transfers

For all prepaid orders, your order will not be processed until the transaction is complete and payment is confirmed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer is required to pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of the products.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Please note that our receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. It is a confirmation that we have received your request.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include situations such as the unavailability of a product, errors in pricing or product information, or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
